Paris is Burning: Film and Discussion
April 21 @ 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

CSN’s Gender and Sexuality Alliance is hosting a film discussion event on the 1990 cult-classic documentary “Paris is Burning,” which reflects New York’s Drag Ball culture, or Vogue, examining identity, gender, race, and class. There will be a group discussion to share thoughts and feelings after the premiere, focusing on what happened to the people following its release, criticism of the film, and the cultural changes. Food and drinks will be provided!
