Denise started with CSN in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant in World Languages. She help the Department Chair with all aspects of faculty and student classes; student waiver pre-requisites, late enrollment, grade appeals and withdrawals. Denise joined Human Resources in 2022 as a Senior Specialist, Benefits. She took over New Hire Sessions, LOB’s and part-time employees, which included student workers. She provides information, stays current with any changes or updates, has created PowerPoints, databases and help aides for employees to help them navigate and understand their benefits. She is professional and has great customer service. She is willing to help out when needed, is on numerous NSHE committees, and volunteers for CSN events when possible. Denise maintains her previous CSN connections and in doing so, elevates the profile of HR!
