Join the NLV Academic Advising staff in collaboration with Athletics with some Pilates! Come and take a break to connect with your body in a guided session at the North Las Vegas campus recreation center. All you need to bring is a yoga/Pilates mat, athletic wear, water bottle and some positive vibes! All are welcome to this free event!
