February AFA Employee of the Month

Jyoti has worked tirelessly and professionally to coordinate the creation and publication of our strategic bridge plan, which was recently approved and distributed at CSN. Jyoti has a very strong work ethic and is very positive when working across units at CSN. Jyoti is also working on her doctoral degree and teaches courses on Leadership and Research Methods in her spare time. She has completed the Society for College and University Planning Fellowship and is currently a fellow of the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities Mission Fulfillment Fellowship, which focuses on learning about how shared governance is structured at other colleges and universities. Her contributions to CSN are substantial and far-reaching across the college. She dedicates many hours beyond the workday and often participates in various campus activities to show her dedication to CSN.
