The Department of Fine Arts Music Program presents the Saxophone Ensemble and Woodwind Ensemble Concert entitled, “We Choose to Go to the Moon,” under the Artistic Direction of Dr. Lindsey O’Connor. The program will feature music by composers Appermont, de Haan, Holst, Mozart, Nishimura, and Zare.

The Saxophone and Woodwind Ensembles consist of college students, local high school students who are dually enrolled at CSN, and community musicians. Instrumentation includes flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, saxophone, and percussion.

The concert will take place Friday, December 12 at 7:00 p.m. in the Nicholas J. Horn Theatre at the North Las Vegas campus. General Admission is $8.00 and $5.00 for students and seniors. For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit us online at: www.csn.edu/pac.
