Heads Up: CSN Call Center Closed for Spring Break

If you’re helping students next week and notice the phones are a little quieter than usual, here’s why.

The CSN Call Center will be closed for Spring Break from March 16 through March 22 and will reopen on Monday, March 23.

While the call center team takes a well-earned break, the college’s three main campuses will remain open, and students can still get support through a few other channels.

If a student needs help with MyCSN, they can call 702-651-5000 and stay on the line to connect with a live agent. For technical support, the CSN Help Desk is available at 702-651-HELP (4357).

So if a student reaches out wondering why the call center isn’t answering, now you know the scoop. Feel free to point them in the right direction while the team is out.

The call center will return to regular operations on Monday, March 23.
