If “leadership development” sounds like something you should do but never quite get around to, consider this your friendly nudge from the universe (and CSN).
Recruitment is now underway for the CSN Leadership Academy Spring 2026 Cohort, a virtual professional development series designed to help employees sharpen their leadership skills, strengthen communication and learn how to focus on what matters most, even when your inbox is doing the absolute most.
Spring sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams, making it easy to join from any CSN campus, office or quiet corner where no one can find you.

To date, nearly 1,000 members of the CSN community have participated in the Leadership Academy, which explores topics like leadership theory, building communication competencies and recognizing and pursuing top priorities (yes, even the ones that get buried under meetings and email chains).
The Leadership Academy is an initiative of the President’s Office and the Office of Academic Affairs, and is open to CSN employees including e-hires, tenure-track and full-time faculty, classified team members and administrators.
