Shine, Shuffle, and Santa Hats: CSN Wraps the Year in Style

December 11 2025

CSN closed out the year with plenty of sparkle Wednesday night as employees gathered at the June Whitley for our annual Holiday Party. The room was packed with staff, faculty, and student workers who were ready to celebrate the season with good food, good company, and at least one memorable line dance.

Dr. Klip and members of the leadership team joined in the fun, and let’s just say no one expected to witness the Cupid Shuffle performed with that level of confidence. Word is he’s been practicing ever since he heard there would be a live DJ.

And the fashion did not disappoint. Festive spirit came in every form, from Tina and Lisa showing off Kentucky Derby–style hats, to Jolene’s rotation of 25 days of Santa hats (the CSN blue one remains top favorite), to Corsi’s eye-catching holiday blazer. Dr. Thomas who added even more shine to the night with a sparkly silver shirt and matching hat. And yes, we definitely spotted the National Lampoon Christmas graphic tee peeking out from under Dr. Klip’s jacket. Cousin Eddie would be proud.

The pie table quickly became its own attraction, proving again that dessert is a universal love language. And nothing says “holiday magic” quite like multiple Costco raffle prize winners heading home with serious seasonal bragging rights.

A huge thank-you to the event committee for pulling together such a festive celebration. You gave us a night to remember and a sweet sendoff to the year.
