Turn Your Basket Idea Into Scholarships for CSN Students

The Foundation office is gearing up for the 2026 Legacy Gala on Thursday, April 30, at the Charleston Campus, and they need a little help from the creative minds across campus.

Each year, the gala’s silent auction is packed with themed baskets, experiences, and unique gifts donated by CSN departments. They are always a crowd favorite, and every bid helps fund scholarships, programs, and other student support across the college.

So here’s the invitation: put together a basket. Think themed goodies, local experiences, or something fun that represents your department.

If your department would like to participate, include:
• Department name
• Department contact
• Description of the basket or item
• Estimated value

Baskets can be dropped off no later than April 14 at the CSN Foundation Office (WCE 310E) on the Charleston Campus, or the Foundation team can arrange a pickup. Questions: contact Vannessa.Nicholas@csn.edu
